The 27 goals this weekend
were well spread out once again, and only three keepers managed clean sheets.
One of those was Palop, who moved to within two goals of Valdés after
the Barcelona keeper presented his ex team mate Iván De la Peña
with an early birthday present or two. Osasuna's Roberto clocked up his fourth
clean sheet in a row to help keep his side out of the drop zone, and Mallorca's
Aouate recorded his second to keep the Islanders level on points with Camacho's
side. Casillas finally let one in after five games, but it didn't matter much
as his Real Madrid colleagues whacked six past Betis keeper Ricardo in the
first half. (23.02.09) |
