A bad week for keepers this weekend, with no less than 39 goals in the ten games. Atlético's Roberto chose the wrong day to make his debut, letting in five at the Nou Camp. The young keeper was replacing the even younger Sergio Asenjo, who will be out for a month or so on duty with the Spanish under 20 World Cup squad. Xerez's Renan was also hit for a "manita" by Real Madrid.

Despite all that, four keepers did manage to maintain their goals against column to zero, including Diego Alves (Almería), Aouate (Mallorca), Casillas (Real Madrid) and Palop (Sevilla). Alves and Aouate top our chart after Gorka Iraizoz and Víctor Valdés both let in their first goals of the season. (21.09.09)
