Casillas closed in on
Valdés this weekend as the Barcelona keeper let in two for the first
time in twelve games, a sixth clean sheet in eight games at Xerez taking "San
Iker" to within two of his rival. The high scoring games from earlier in the
season seem to have abated though, and four other keepers also maintained their
goals against column to zero, Kameni (Espanyol), Munúa (Málaga),
Palop (Sevilla) and in the first of the new Monday night games, Sergio
Aragoneses (Tenerife). (15.02.10) |
