Willy Caballero extended his lead at the top of the Zamora's chart after Málaga drew 0-0 at Cristian Alvarez's Espanyol, and although it is still early days, we may have a new champion on our hands this season. Caballero's performances have not only been in the domestic tournament though, Málaga still not having let in a single goal in their first five Champions League matches, including last Wednesday's against the mighty AC Milan! Any slip though and he has Casillas right behind him after Real Madrid won 0-5 at Mallorca, and five times Zamora winner Víctor Valdés can't be ruled out just yet after Barça won by the same scoreline at Rayo. Only one other clean sheet this weekend, promising Betis keeper Adrián clocking up his third in a row as the Andalusians beat Valencia 1-0. Diego Alves returned in place of Guaita for that match, and elsewhere Javi Varas was back in goal for Celta's big derby game against Depor after missing the last two weekends. (30.10.12)
