Rayo Vallecano did what only Atlético Madrid have been capable of doing this season, scoring two against Málaga's Willy Caballero, and Iker Casillas is now ominously level with him at the top of the Zamora's chart after a third clean sheet in a row. It was a low scoring weekend though (at least up until Monday night's six goal thriller between Getafe and Betis!), with another six keepers maintaining their goals against columns to zero, including Diego Alves (Valencia), Cristian Alvarez (Espanyol), Aranzubia (Deportivo), Dani Hernández (Valladolid), Palop (Sevilla) and Munúa (Levante). For the record, Rayo's keeper in the game at Málaga was Cobeño, as first choice Rubén was not allowed to play under the loan agreement between the two clubs. Cobeño started the season as third keeper after returning early from a summer transfer to Vaslui (due to homesickness), but a good performance in the cup midweek catapulted him ahead of Dani Giménez.
