It was a bit strange to see a Spanish squad without their captain Iker Casillas this week, but the Real Madrid keeper is hoping to be fit again for the key World Cup qualifiers against Finland and France next month. In the meantime though he holds his position in the rankings, and if anything his status improved after Courtois let in two goals and Caballero one this weekend. Once again there were a lot of goals, although five keepers did manage clean sheets in the latest round of fixtures, including Guaita (Valencia), Toño (Granada), Kiko Casilla (Espanyol), Adrián (Betis) and Dani Hernández (Valladolid). Elsewhere Dudu Aouate returned for Mallorca after a couple of weeks out with an injury, and Getafe's Codina took over from the suspended Moyà for the visit to the Nou Camp. Codina has actually played there before for his native Catalunya, although he was probably wishing that his opportunity had come at another moment after the on-form Barcelona stuck six past him!
