Our leader Oblak came away from the Nou Camp relatively unscathed, in particular after Atlético had two men sent off, although the two goals he let in meant that his side came away from Barcelona with nothing. Elsewhere there were only four clean sheets this weekend, Iraizoz (Athletic), Areola (Villarreal), Cuéllar (Sporting) and Keylor Navas (Real Madrid) all helping their respective sides to victories. Iraizoz was back after a one match ban, and there were two other goalkeeping changes, Deportivo’s Manu Fernández playing his first minutes in the league this season as first choice Lux was serving a one match suspension for accumulation of yellow cards, and Espanyol’s new signing Arlauskis coming in for Pau López at Real Madrid. It was probably not the best moment to make a debut though, Zidane’s team putting six past the Catalans for the second time in the current campaign! (02.02.16)
