A third round of league games in a little over a week, and there were changes between the sticks as coaches moved their squads around. Keylor Navas was back for Real Madrid against Valencia after he was rested again midweek, and Ortolá came in for Alavés in place of Pacheco as Pellegrino gave a run out to his lesser used players. They were still able to stick four past Adán’s Betis though! Elsewhere Yoel returned to the Eibar line-up after Riesgo was sent off mid-week, and Lux recovered from the injury which kept him out of the second half of the Wednesday game at Real Madrid to return against Osasuna. It was a high scoring weekend though, with 38 goals in all and only four clean sheets, for Oblak (Atlético), Ter Stegen (Barcelona), Kepa (Athletic) and the aforementioned Yoel. (02.05.17)
