Ter Stegen let in his first of the season this weekend when he was beaten by a strike from Getafe’s Shibasaki, although Barcelona still went on to win their fourth game in a row. Elsewhere there were five clean sheets in a relatively low scoring round of games, including Oblak (Atlético), Dmitrovic (Eibar), Chichizola (Las Palmas), Sergio Rico (Sevilla) and Barbosa (Villarreal), who actually ended up in hospital after the match finished with concussion. Keylor Navas returned for Real Madrid after he was rested last weekend, and Kepa also returned for Athletic after his brief illness, letting in his side’s first goal of the season at Las Palmas. One other change on the goalkeeping front as well as Deportivo’s Pepe Mel continued his casting for the replacement of the injured Rubén, Pantilimon given a run out at Betis instead of Tyton, who let in four last weekend.
