How to order
Click on a team name from the list on the left of your screen and see what products are available. Each item is shown with a thumbnail picture (which you can click to enlarge), unit price and choice of sizes.

Choose the size and the quantity, then 'add' to your shopping basket. You can view the content of your shopping basket any time by clicking on 'Content of your basket' from the menu at the bottom of your screen. If you want to change the quantity of order, simply change the number on the screen then click on 'change quantity'. The prices will be adjusted automatically.
All the prices are shown in euros. If you want to know the equivalent prices in your own currency, you can use the currency converter by clicking on 'Currency conversion' from the menu. Simply type in the euro value, then choose your own currency. (Pound sterling is under 'British Pound'.) To return to the previous shop screen, please use the 'Back' button of your browser.
You can carry on shopping, or check out by clicking 'Go to check-out' from the menu. You will then see the entire content of the basket and an on-line order form on your screen. Delivery charges is calculated according to where you live and is added to the final bill. The amount will be clearly displayed along with other itemised costs before you submit your order once you have chosen the country of destination on the order form. Once you have filled in your delivery and credit card details, you can submit your order by clicking on the 'submit' button at the bottom of the page.
Once the order has been transmitted to our secure server, you will see an acknowledgement on your screen to show that your order has been received successfully. You will also receive an e-mail with your order details.
If you prefer not to use our on-line ordering system, you can print and fill in the order form, and fax it to us on +34 934 342 278.
Once your credit card details have been authenticated and the payment is authorised, your order will be despatched and we will confirm your delivery details by e-mail.
Payment options
We accept VISA, Mastercard or American Express.
We cannot
accept non-Spanish debit cards, such as VISA Electron.
We also accept
payments into a bank account either in Spain or in the UK . Please
contact us for our
account details. Cheques in pound sterling or euros are also acceptable though
these will take longer to process.

Because of the increasing number of fraudulent purchases made with credit cards, we may ask customers from certain high risk countries to make the payment by bank transfer. Any order exceeding EUR300 in value will also have to be paid for by bank transfer.
You can also make payments using PayPal. Please contact us for details if you are interested in using this method of payment.
Secure on-line transaction
We use the services of a professional secure hosting company Secure Hosting UPG. (www.securehosting.com) for handling all our on-line orders. When you submit your order, you will see a solid padlock in your browser status bar which indicates that the encryption is taking place.
Secure Hosting's digital certificate is supplied by Verisign, details of which can be seen if you click on the padlock in your browser when you are on a secure page.
Furthermore, all data stored on the secure server is protected by a firewall to ensure that your order and credit card details are kept confidential at all times.
Your credit card details are then transmitted fully encrypted to our acquiring bank, La Caixa, for authentication and payment authorisation. La Caixa adhere to SSL and SET protocols accepted by international banks, and can provide high level of security for all on-line transactions.
Your privacy and data protection
We do not disclose customer information to any third party. All information you supply to us is held with utmost security and confidentiality provided by a firewall, and is used purely for invoicing and delivery purposes only.
Your credit card details are stored with adequate protection at all times by Secure Hosting UPG and La Caixa. Furthermore, the card details are deleted from our physical order records once the order has been delivered.
We provide our courier company with your delivery address and telephone number.
Delivery
Because we want to make sure that you receive the goods reliably and securely, we use a professional courier company (either UPS or DHL) for all our deliveries around the world.
We do our best to process your order within 24 hours and the goods are then shipped immediately. The following table shows the estimated shipping time and cost to some of the destinations:

We will inform you of the despatch details with a tracking number and expected arrival date by e-mail as soon as the goods have been sent out.
The courier company requires a receipt to be signed by someone at the delivery address. So please make sure there will be someone there to receive the goods.
It is important that you check to make sure that the goods have arrived undamaged. Should you find the packaging to be damaged, or opened in transit, please check the content before signing the receipt presented by the delivery person. In case of any damaged goods, please do not accept them and inform us the nature of problem by e-mail within 24 hours of delivery.
Return or exchange of goods
We can only accept return or exchange of goods within 7 days of delivery and only in their original packaging with the labels attached.
Please make sure that the parcel is adequately protected for transportation as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods in transit while being returned to us by a third party.
Once we are satisfied with the condition of the returned goods we shall either refund the total cost less the shipping charge, or reship the replacement to you.
We strongly advise our customers to check the measurements published on each page to make sure you order the correct size.
