Spain qualified for the under 19 European finals after beating hosts Norway 2-5 in their last mini-group match. Gines Meléndez's side only needed one point to go through after winning their opening two games, and Aarón gave them an early lead when he beat Larsen on the half hour mark. Goals either side of half time though by Lekvsen and Knudtzon turned the scoreline around, and for a few minutes Spain were struggling. But Mata levelled the scores with twelve minutes to go even though he missed a penalty, and the two Adrián's sorted things out after that, half time substitute Adrián López getting two and Adrián González getting one in between to ensure a place in Austria next month.
