The league stage of the four regional divisions has now come to an end, with the top four of each division being drawn into four seeded cross-regional groups of four teams.
Each will play home and away over the next six weeks, and the winners of each group will be promoted to the second division A.
This year there will be four B teams competing for promotion, including Real Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Espanyol.
Zaragoza B actually finished in the top four of their group as well but will not be allowed to compete due to the relegation of their A team, and the same applies for Universidad Las Palmas, who converted last year to the B team of the also relegated Unión Deportivo Las Palmas. (20.05.02)
