Spain rounded off their short tour of the Americas with a 0-3 victory against Venezuela on Tuesday night. Del Bosque has given a run out to all of his players over the two games, with Borja Valero making his debut against USA and Manu del Moral coming on at half time in this match for his first cap. Within five minutes Spain took the lead, David Villa finding a gap between Vega and his right post with a long free kick to take his tally for his country to 47 goals in 75 games. A quarter of an hour later Pedro made it two after Villa set him up, and with the first half coming to a close Xabi Alonso scored the third with a carbon copy of Villa's free kick, although this time to the left of the keeper. The stifling heat and numerous substitutions slowed things down after the break though, and in the end there were no more goals.
