Latest transfers

With the World Cup over at last, Spain's clubs are clicking in to gear, and the transfer market finally started to move. Sevilla's Adriano follows Dani Alves and Keita to the Nou Camp as cover for the left flank after Thierry Henry's move to New York Red Bulls was confirmed, although attempts to sign up Fábregas are hitting snags. Meanwhile Barça's big rivals Real Madrid are back at work, with Mourinho already making his presence felt with bids for what appears to be half the German World Cup squad. Khedira has reportedly been signed already, and Özil and Schweinsteiger are on Mourinho's shopping list, albeit that the only confirmed signing to date is that of Getafe's Pedro León. Valencia are probably the most active team though in the early part of the pre-season, with Mallorca's Aduríz joining Soldado as the club reacted quickly to fill the gaps left by Villa, Silva and Zigic.
