Spanish international squads

No changes in Vicente Del Bosque's squad for next Wednesday's friendly match against Colombia in Madrid (except for the injured Puyol), the only real surprise being that the king of Spain has named Del Bosque as a hereditary marquis! Luis Milla has brought in a few new players though to the under 21 squad, who will play Euro 2011 hosts Denmark in Guadalajara the night before. Muniain, Montoya, Didac and Mario Gaspar have been called up, with notable absences Canales, Fran Mérida, Nsue, Azpilicueta, Botía and Canella. (04.02.11)

Full squad:
Keepers: Víctor Valdés (Barcelona), Reina (Liverpool), Casillas (Real Madrid);
Defenders: Piqué (Barcelona), Arbeloa and Sergio Ramos (both Real Madrid), Capdevila and Marchena (both Villarreal);
Midfielders: Cesc Fábregas (Arsenal), Busquets, Iniesta and Xavi (all Barcelona), David Silva (Manchester City), Xabi Alonso (Real Madrid), Jesús Navas (Sevilla), Cazorla (Villarreal);
Forwards: Llorente (Athletic Bilbao), David Villa and Pedro (both Barcelona), Fernando Torres (Liverpool).

Under 21 squad:
Keepers:
De Gea (Atlético Madrid), Diego Mariño (Villarreal);
Defenders: San José (Athletic Bilbao), Domínguez (Atlético Madrid), Fontàs and Montoya (both Barcelona), Didac (AC Milan), Víctor Ruíz (Napoles), Mario Gaspar (Villarreal);
Midfielders: Javi Martínez (Athletic Bilbao), Thiago (Barcelona), Rubén Pérez (Deportivo), Dani Parejo (Getafe), Diego Capel (Sevilla), Ander Herrera (Zaragoza);

PS Botía (Sporting Gijón), Nsue (Mallorca) and Tomás Mejías (Real Madrid) were called up to replace the injured San José, Mata and De Gea in the under 21 squad. Fábregas has also pulled out of Spain's first team squad due to a stomach upset, but no replacement has been named. (08.02.11)
