Sevilla have the edge in this year's Spanish Super Cup after beating Barcelona 3-1 in the first leg. Guardiola's decision not to include any of his eight Spanish internationals in his side took it's toll in the end as the Andalusians came back from a goal down to take a two goal advantage to next week's return leg in the Nou Camp. Barça took the lead in the twentieth minute when Ibrahimovic got on the end of Maxwell's cross to poke a shot past Palop. But Luis Fabiano equalised on the hour mark, latching on to Cigarini's through ball to turn a shot under the legs of young keeper Miño. And Kanouté came on to score two more, the first from a cross by Negredo and the second a header from Perotti's centre. Guardiola is expected to put out his full side next week, but they now have an uphill battle to turn this one around.
