Atlético Madrid clocked up their first victory in the Europa League this season, a 3-0 win over Rosenborg taking them joint second in their group. Having only picked up a point from their first two games this was a must win situation, and with just over a quarter of an hour gone Godín headed them in to the lead from Reyes's long cross.

But the Norwegian side came close to equalising when Moldskred hit the post close to the break, and soon after the restart Quique brought on Agüero for his first appearance since an injury lay-off.

It only took Kun two minutes to get back in to the swing of things however, the Argentinian striker latching on to a Reyes pass to turn a shot under the keeper. And after that he was a complete menace for the visitors, going close a couple of times before lifting the ball over the defence for Diego Costa to head the third with twelve minutes to go. He had been sorely missed!
