The last manager's were appointed this week, with Bielsa taking over from Caparrós at Athletic Bilbao after his presidential candidate won the club's elections, and Djukic replacing Abel Resino at Valladolid after a short spell at Hércules. Real Madrid got their man, Coentrão the fourth Portuguese player to join fellow countryman Mourinho for a reported fee of around €30 million, and now it seems they only need to tie up Neymar to complete their squad. Barcelona signed on youth international Kiko Femenía whilst they wait for the Alexis Sánchez and Cesc Fábregas deals to go through (if they ever do), and Valencia agreed terms to buy Almería's Piatti, with Chori Domínguez, David Navarro, Michel and Isco all moving on. Six weeks still to go though before the season starts again, and the transfer market is still in it's early days. (10.07.11)
