Spanish international squad

Spain coach Vicente Del Bosque has decided to bring in some new blood for next week's friendly international in Ecuador, with five of the European championship winning under 21 side drafted in to his 21 man squad, Iñigo Martínez, Thiago, Isco, Koke and Tello. Several big names have been rested, although the likes of Xavi, Xabi Alonso, Piqué, Villa, Mata and the rest should be recalled when the World Cup qualifiers resume in September. (09.08.13).

Keepers: Víctor Valdés (Barcelona), Reina (Napoli), Casillas (Real Madrid);
Defenders: Jordi Alba (Barcelona), Azpilicueta (Chelsea), Raúl Albiol (Napoli), Arbeloa and Sergio Ramos (Real Madrid), Iñigo Martínez (Real Sociedad);
Midfielders: Cazorla (Arsenal), Koke (Atlético Madrid), Fàbregas and Iniesta (Barcelona), Javi Martínez and Thiago (Bayern Munich), David Silva and Jesús Navas (Manchester City), Isco (Real Madrid);
Forwards: Tello (Barcelona), Llorente (Juventus), Negredo (Manchester City).
