Spanish international squads

Spain coach Vicente Del Bosque called up a 23 man squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifier in Finland and the friendly game against Chile in Geneva. Several of the players he rested for the friendly in Ecuador are back, but none of the three Chelsea players who have featured recently have been included. With Bayern Munich midfielders Javi Martínez and Thiago and Real Madrid's Xabi Alonso all out injured, Atlético's Mario Suárez and Koke are called up, and with Piqué suspended, Real Sociedad's Iñigo Martínez keeps his place. Julen Lopetegui also named a new 20 man squad for the European qualifiers against Austria and Albania, with Premier League players Deulofeu (Everton), Muniesa (Stoke) and Jordi Amat (Swansea) all included. PS. Iñigo Martínez & Busquets picked up injuries at the weekend and pulled out of the Spain squad, and will be replaced by Nacho (Real Madrid) & Javi García (Manchester City). Derik also had to leave the under 21 squad due to an injury and Manquillo (Atlético Madrid) will be his substitute.
