Spain will have one team in the quarter finals of the Europa League after Celta knocked out FC Krasnodar on Thursday evening! The Galicians were looking to build on the 2-1 lead from the first leg, and Sisto and Guidetti tested Sinitsyn in the opening minutes. Pereyra, Claesson and Gazinski went close for the Russian team either side of half time, but soon after the restart Hugo Mallo opened the scoring after a shot from Iago Aspas was blocked. Wanderson fired a couple of efforts wide after that, but with ten minutes to go Aspas made it two after Guidetti put him through, and the locals ended with ten men when Kaboré was sent off for a second bookable offence near the end.
