Europa League, semi-finals

Sevilla are on track for a record sixth Europa League title after they knocked out Manchester United in their semi-final tie on Sunday! The Premier League side took the lead early on, Bruno Fernandes converting a penalty after Diego Carlos tripped Rashford in the area. Suso connected with a Reguilón centre to make it all square though a few minutes later, and Bono produced a string of saves before substitute De Jong got on the end of a Jesús Navas cross to make it 2-1. Sevilla’s opponents in the final will be Inter Milan, who beat Shakhtar Donetsk 5-0 the following day. (17.08.20)
