A thrilling match in Vallecas to open up the Saturday programme, Rayo Vallecano coming back from two goals down to beat Celta 3-2. The visitors got off to a flying start, Cobeño having to keep out Iago Aspas before the striker picked up a through ball from Alex López to open the scoring in the twelfth minute. And although Javi Varas had to save from Casado and José Carlos at the other end, Aspas got through again after Krohn-Dehli put him through to shoot under the legs of the keeper. With five minutes to go to the break however, Celta midfielder Cabral was sent off for a rigorous second booking, and with an hour on the clock Leo Baptistao headed one back from Casado's cross. After that the Galicians sat back to defend, but Delibasic and Piti rattled the woodwork before Tito headed the equaliser from a Chori Domínguez cross, and with eight minutes to go Piti got the winner from the penalty spot after Túñez pulled down Delibasic in the area.
