Getafe's slim hopes of making it in to European competitions next season ended when they were defeated 2-0 by Granada. The Andalusians had ensured another year in the top flight last weekend after a strong finish to their season, and El-Arabi brought a good save out of Moyà before Nolito ran on to Roberto's long goal kick to open the scoring with just under half an hour gone. Pedro León had an effort cleared off the line and then fired a long free kick just over the bar in the opening minutes of the second half, but midway through the second half El-Arabi turned in Nyom's cross for his side's second, and only a good save by Moyà prevented Nyom from adding a third a few minutes later. A fourth defeat in a row for Getafe and no E-League spot, although their season really finished a few weeks ago.
