Celta stay two points behind Real Madrid in fourth place after a 0-2 victory at Granada on Sunday. Orellana gave the Galicians the lead in the twentieth minute after a quick passing move with Iago Aspas and Josep Señé, and Bongonda went close a couple of times before Aspas got on the end of Jonny’s cross on the stroke of half time to turn the second past Andrés. Only Isaac Success caused any problems for Rubén Blanco, and after the restart Aspas and Señé both went close to adding to the scoreline. Rayo’s big defeat earlier in the day means that Granada stay out of the bottom three, above the Madrid based side on goal difference, but this was a setback for Sandoval after the recent away win at Levante.
