Atlético Madrid beat Sevilla 2-0 on Saturday lunchtime to move above the Andalusians to second in the table. Sarabia and Filipe Luis hit the woodwork at both ends before the break, but immediately after the restart Carrasco gave Simeone’s team the lead, and with twenty minutes to go Griezmann made it two from a Filipe Luis assist.
