Las Palmas remain in the relegation spots after they lost 1-3 to Deportivo on Monday. The Canary Islanders had beaten their opponents in the cup just four days ago, and they took an early lead through Rémy. However Celso Borges headed in two for the visitors either side of half time, and Lucas Pérez converted a penalty with twenty minutes to go to take the Galicians five points clear of their hosts in the table.
