Cartagena and Cádiz were promoted last weekend after winning through their respective play-offs, but they still had to play between themselves over two legs to decide who are the second division B champions. Cádiz have the edge after the first leg:

The draw took place for the second round of the play-offs, with the two losers from the ties between group champions, Real Unión and Alcoyano, joined by the six winners from the other knock-out games. The four winners go in to a new draw on 8th June for the final play-off pairings for the two promotion remaining spots. First leg fixtures are as follows (matches take place on or around 31 May):
